South Africa’s President, Jacob Zuma have been found by the highest court to have violated the constitution when he failed to repay some of the government money used to upgrade his private home.
Zuma have been accused by opposition party to have state fund to upgrade his home with a swimming pool and amphitheatre and opposition party have describe the ruling of the court as a victory for the opposition and a major boost in the pushing president Zuma’s impeachment.

The court directed the treasury within 60 days to determine how much president Zuma should refund. At the time of this report, president Zuma has yet to comment on the ruling.
