Following numerous court appearance to avoid being tried for a 2004 alleged rape crime issued against comic actor, Bill Cosby,according to CNN a presiding judge in Pennsylvania, has ruled that trial must proceed.
In 2004, Bill Cosby, allegedly sexually assaulting former Temple State University employee, Andrea Constand. Constand accused the comedian of drugging her before proceeding to sexually assault her in his Philadelphia home back in 2004.
Recall, the ‘Cosby Show‘ actor,filled for the said case to be dismissed, stating that he had been promised of not being persecuted after agreeing to previous implicating deposition, but it was declined as he now faces a three count felony charge for the alleged assault and if found guilty, faces 30-years of jail time.
As to when the trial will begin, the date is yet to be announced.
