Andy Murray has advanced to the semi-finals of the Monte Carlo Masters after defeating Canadian Milos Raonic.In what will be his first semi-final since the Australian Open and he will meet former French Open champion Rafael Nadal.
“It’s the most challenging surface for me every year,” said Murray,It normally takes me a few weeks to remember what I need to do, how to move, the way to build up the points and making sure you don’t rush”.The two most important shots in tennis I did really well,” added Murray.I was getting a good read on the serve and, when he missed the first serve, I was being very offensive on the second serve return and putting him under pressure.The serve and the return for me were the best they’ve been for a while and I’m glad, because they weren’t so strong the last couple of matches”.
