Soccer: PSG, Manchester United Could Trade Strikers

If the recent rave about Zlatan Ibrahimovic heading for Manchester United is true, then the summer transfer window could see two strikers trade clubs. With Manchester United, a well known suitor of Ibrahimovic, Paris Saint-Germain might look to the Manchester team for the Swedish striker’s replacement. The french club has indicated interest in replacing the powerful striker with Manchester United’s french star, Anthony Martial. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic already confirmed to be leaving PSG, Martial could well be preparing to return to France.

The trade could mean, Anthony Martial would move to the rivals of his former club, AS Monaco. Though virtually every manchester united fan would rather keep Anthony Martial for to his young age coupled with his impressive performances for the club this season, the idea of having one of the best players in the world at the English club could be tempting. The club has constantly sought after top players similar to Cristiano Ronaldo to fill the deep void left by the Portugese star.

Both clubs are in strong financial position, so  money would not pose a threat to any of the players moving. However, the we could be surprised if a barter happens. This trade would be played on the table of the club executives and the representatives of the players.
