Nigerians on Wednesday, expressed mixed reactions over Federal Government’s increment of pump price of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, also known as petrol from N86.50 to N145 per litre.
They took to various social media platforms to express their disappointment. This is even as the Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, defended the increment in pump price, saying it was the only way out of the exorbitant prices of N150 to N250 Nigerians were subjected to at many filling stations across the country.
