The legendary Playboy Mansion has officially been sold for $100million.
The buyer, Daren Metropoulos, also agreed that founder, Hugh Hefner, is allowed to continue living there until his death. Draen, is said to be the next door neighbour to Hugh.
Hefner, who is 90,put up the Holmby Hills estate on the market for $200 million – twice the final sale price.

According to UK Mirror, Daren, whose father is billionaire C. Dean Metropoulos,acquired the house next to the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles for $18 million back in 2009.
In Daren’s words, Hefner’s home had a “rich and storied legacy” and is a “masterpiece in design.”The property has 22 rooms including a wine cellar, a screening room, a games room, a tennis and basketball court, a waterfall and a swimming pool area.”
