Perth Airport Appoints New CEO

Perth airport , today named the head of North Queensland Airport Group Kevin Brown as its incoming chief executive officer. Kevin will be flown in to succeed Brad Greatches.

Brad is set to retire in July after a successful nine year run in the company.

Kevin Brown is described as an experienced senior executive with more than 13 years of operational and commercial experience in airports in Australia and the UK.

He has led North Queensland Airports, which operates the Cairns and Mackay airports, for about 41/2years.

Prior to his current role, he spent nine years with the British Airport Authority, including time as managing director of Edinburgh International Airport.

“The appointment of Kevin Brown represents a new era for Perth Airport,” Perth Airport chairman Colin Beckett said.

“Kevin brings a wealth of experience internationally and within the Australian aviation sector and has a successful track record of strategy development and delivery,” Mr Beckett said.
