Reports in Germany and England says Manchester city have opened talks about finalizing a deal for current African Footballer of the Year Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
The Bundesliga Player of the Year, had been linked with a summer move to Real Madrid, but the Spanish giants could be on the verge of losing out to City.Aubameyang scored 25 goals in 29 appearances for Dortmund last season and new Manchester city manager Pep Guardiola intends to build his attack in Manchester city around the pacy striker.
Manchester city will hope they can reach an agreement with Dortmund with the Dortmund club wanting as much as 70 million pounds for their talismanic striker. If a deal is reached, Aubameyang will be the second major signing for Manchester city after announcing the capture of another Dortmund player last week, Ilkay Gundogan.
