The Premier league have announced its end of the season awards to recognise the efforts of players spectacular performances over the season.
Leicester city have been rewarded for their impressive performances this season with three of their players making the six man shorthlist with Tottenham’s impressive marksman and current leading goalscorer Harry Kane, assist leader Mesut Ozil and impressive French winger Dimitri Payet of WestHam completing the list.
Harry Kane is also included in the young players awards alongside teammate Dele Alli.Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku from Everton are also recognised for their efforts while Stoke City’s Jack Butland and Liverpool’s Phillipe Coutinho completes the shortlist.

The women’s league were not left out as three Chelsea players, Gemma Davison, Hedvig Lindahl and Ji So-Yun were nominated for the player of the season alongside Beth Mead of Sunderland, and Izzy Christiansen of Manchester City.
Beth Mead of Sunderland also made the young player of the year category alongside Danielle Carter of Arsenal, Hannah Blundell of Chelsea and Keira Walsh, Nikita Parris both of Manchester City.
The awards will be going down at the London’s Grosvenor hotel on the 24th of April later this month.
