Angel Di Maria has complained of his time at Manchester United insisting he met a depleted team far from challenging for the Premier league title.
“I left a team that was out of the European competition and far from being the champions of the EPL”.
He further insisted his bad form was due to constant changing of positions, blaming it on nobody, but having a slight dig at Dutch coach Louis Van Gaal
“I started a game in a position, and then in the next game,i would be in another,i scored goals playing in one position and then suddenly, the next game,i was picked to play in a different position.its more that they didn’t let me settle properly than i couldn’t”
The Argentine international joined Manchester United from Realmadrid for a British record £59.7m, and scored just three goals in twenty-seven appearances for the club, failing to live up to the hype and was then sold to Paris Saint Germain for £44m where he has so far made twenty-four appearances and scored nine goals.
