Koeman has a huge transfer budget of £100m this summer following the arrival of major share holder Farad Moshiri. And the signing of Sneijder would certainly be considered a coup, although his wage demands are likely to be far more excessive than his transfer fee.Everton’s new project and a potential link up with former boss Koeman could appeal to the attacking midfielder.
