While Hazard’s win is not yet official, he has been voted the best player of the first few games of the season by fans, with a panel of former footballers and managers to cast the deciding vote. Chelsea themselves are generally looking in far better shape this season, and will need to see more of this from Hazard to ensure they are in with a chance of winning the title.
