Premier league side, Crystal palace have placed a record bid for Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi.
The Belgian is currently on duty with the Belgians at the Euros where he has so far scored one goal.Batshuayi has been the subject of plenty of interest from clubs across Europe after scoring 23 goals in all competitions for a Marseille side that could only manage a 13th-place finish in Ligue 1 last season.
Juventus and Tottenham also thought to be closely monitoring the player. The 22-year-old was also reportedly attracting interest from Stoke and Newcastle last January.Batshuayi joined Marseille in a £4.5m deal from Standard Liege two years ago after scoring 39 goals in 97 Pro League games following his debut as an 18-year-old for the Belgian side.
The Brussels-born striker made his Belgium debut as late substitute for Christian Benteke against Cyprus last year, netting just three minutes into his first international appearance.
