Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen has signed a new four-year contract at the club.
Eriksen has extended his contract at the London club.
The 24-year-old Denmark international is understood to have increased his basic wage from £35,000 to £70,000 per week – putting him among the club’s top earners.
Eriksen had two years left to run on the five-year deal he signed when he joined from Ajax in 2013.
“If you feel there is a good project ahead of you, you will take the chance to build on it and that’s what we’re doing at Spurs,” he told the club’s official website.
