The president spokesman, Femi Adesina revealed President Muhammadu Buhari will travel to China between April 11th till 15th to sign a bilateral agreement to facilitate an undisclosed amount of loan.
Femi Adesina said in an interview with Reuters, “I can’t tell you how much until the day the loan will be signed,”
He added that both countries will also be signing some bilateral agreements to strengthen their relationship. He maintained, “That is all I can say now”.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang had earlier said in Beijing that Buhari would visit China to sign “cooperation agreements” and attend a business forum. He gave no further details.
